What’s Included in the Course?

12 Hours of Live, Face-to-Face Tuition:

Over four weeks, you and your birth partner will learn, practise, and prepare together in a supportive, small-group setting.

Focusing on four key areas:

• Knowledge: Understand how birth works, what to expect, and how to navigate special circumstances or interventions.
• Tools: Learn practical techniques like breathing, acupressure, massage, movement, and visualisation to support you in your labour.
• Support: Find out how your birth partner and caregivers can help you feel supported and empowered.
• Preparation: Build confidence, release fears, and set up a healthy routine for both mind and body.

How the Course Works?

• One live session per week for four weeks, giving you time to absorb the information and practise techniques between classes.
• Course materials are mailed to you before the first session, including a booklet packed with resources and access to a private online membership portal.
