“We ended up having a really positive experience”
I was induced as baby was measuring small for dates and had stopped growing.
We ended up having a really positive experience. They broke my waters and we used your hypnobirthing techniques. Even danced in the labour ward which was so very special.
Reluctantly got an epidural as the oxytocin was making the contractions very painful but things thankfully continued very quickly and baby Gráinne Rose was born 8 hours later- happy and healthy.
We are both delighted.

Kate was truly excellent. Full of energy Kate kept my partner and I well entertained during the two day workshop. Practical, engaging and a very enjoyable and worthwhile course. Well run course full of tips, tricks and practical sessions and of course snacks (esp the chocolate brownie)! We are both very happy to have done the course and highly recommend it to others!!!
