90-Minute or 3-Hour Private Session

This session is available to you and your birth partner if you have enrolled in the Hypnobubs®️ Online Course.
It will complement your home study course and give you a chance to discuss and practise some of the following:
  1. Ask any questions that may improve your knowledge and understanding of the Hypnobirthing Australia™ techniques
  2. Talk through scenarios and brainstorm how to tackle special circumstances
  3. Review birth partners role and discuss and clarify how your partner will support you on the day

  4. Review and discuss Cheat Sheets

  5. Practise techniques to gain more confidence

  6. Review Hypnobirthing Australia™ tools to feel more assured going into your birth

  7. Work on techniques to optimise baby’s position and help labour progress
Positively Hypnobirthing Private Session Upgrade

After completing the Online Course, I will contact you for an initial consultation over the phone so we can chat about key areas you would like to focus on in the session. This is a great chance to get to know one another and for me to understand how best to support you through the session for you and your partner to feel confident going in to your birth.
