What’s Included in the Course?

12 Hours of Face-to-Face Tuition:

You and your birth partner will spend two Sundays learning, practising, and preparing together.

Focusing on four key areas:

• Knowledge: Understand how birth works, what to expect, and how to navigate special circumstances or interventions.
• Tools: Learn practical techniques like breathing, acupressure, massage, movement and visualisation that you can use during labour.
• Support: Find out how your birth partner and caregivers can help you feel supported and empowered.
• Preparation: Build confidence, release fears, and set up a healthy routine for both mind and body.
