This session is for you and your birth partner to go beyond self-study and gain extra support. Together, we’ll:

1. Answer your questions to deepen your understanding of hypnobirthing techniques
2. Talk through scenarios and brainstorm how to handle special circumstances
3. Review your birth partner’s role and how they can best support you on the day
4. Go over Cheat Sheets to make your birth toolkit even more practical
5. Practise techniques so you feel confident and prepared
6. Refine your hypnobirthing tools for a calm, empowered birth
7. Work on techniques to optimise baby’s position and help labour progress

After you complete the Online Course, I’ll give you a call to chat about your key areas of focus—this way, we can make the most of our time together and tailor the session to what matters most to you and your partner.
