My hubby was a bit unsure as to exactly what I was dragging him to, but he was so glad we came.

You just don’t know what you don’t know. We both were so unaware of a lot of the info that was provided by Kate and after 2 sessions we both felt completely in control and knew what decisions were to be made and I think the biggest thing for me personally was realising how much control we have over our birth.
